Im a mom of 10 month old twins very busy life right now. Im 5"9 and weight 242lb, I was much smaller 2 years ago about 185lb. My life is so busy now and im having a very her time losing this baby weight. I recently lost 14 lbs and trying not to gain it back.

Once on the bench, lay down absolutely flat with both your hands on either side of your body. Now lock your feet at the cushion spot and stay in position. From this place raise your upper body up towards your legs using your abdominal muscles. While you are pulling yourself up twist towards the left and touch your right elbow to your left knee. Then get back to the starting position. Similarly repeat for the right turning. I need to find a way to lose weight fast thats practical.Dieting doesn’t work for me, and neither does exercise.I’m 5′4 and weigh about 135 pounds. I know thats not terribly big,but I want to lose weight. Im too young for this fat! Thankyou.

Well, the best way is diet and exercise. I’m 5′5" and 120 pounds, I’ve got to keep fit for Breakdancing. Really, all I can say is.. Watch what you’re eating, and try to fit in some running and other daily exercises. Running for about 20 minutes 5 times a week isn’t all that bad. It works for me. Trust me, I was so lazy a year or so back. Once you get into it, and you see the pounds dropping, you’ll be all for it.

I know you need to combine healthy eating and exersising, but can anybody think of a specific routine or share one that you use (week by week) I am comitted to this and will do it thought my life, its not just something where i get to where i want and stop. i want to continue to be healthy thoughout my life and need something that clicks with me. All Summer I’ve been trying to lose weight. I’ll be on a diet for a week & then the next week I’ll won’t & I know being on and off a diet is not gonna provide results that I want. I mean I don’t think I’m fat though, I just want to lose at-least 10 pounds. I’m a size 9 now so if I lose 10 pounds, what size would that make me like a 7? But anyways, now that summer’s almost through I would like to start losing weight through the winter so that by the time it get hot again I’ll be the size I wanted to be this summer. So any tips on how to lose weight, the proper way not the lose weight fast way? Thnx =)
