My life is so busy now and im having a very her time losing this baby weight. I recently lost 14 lbs and trying not to gain it back.<br />
<br />Food:</p>
<p>Make sure you don’t exceed eating 1500 calories every day. Fill your diet with lots of fruits and veggies! Soup is also great because it isn’t loaded with calories and it can be quite filling. Stay away from pop, chips and any junk food. Try drink green tea every day to boost your metabolism. Incorporate other foods like:<br />
Grapefruit, yogurt, almonds, turkey, ice water, spinach, beans, hot peppers, cinnamon and salmon.</p>
<p>These will also give your metabolism a nice boost and are very good for you, in moderation of course.</p>

<p>Exercise:</p>

From this position, leaning slightly back, rotate from one side to the other side and back making the plate touch the ground as you get to either side. Contract your ab muscles every time you sway to a side. A set should ideally consist of 35-40 reps and 3 sets should suffice for the routine.</p>
<p>The final routine in this set of three – called the declined oblique crunch. For this, you will require a decline bench. Once on the bench, lay down absolutely flat with both your hands on either side of your body. Now lock your feet at the cushion spot and stay in position. From this place raise your upper body up towards your legs using your abdominal muscles. While you are pulling yourself up twist towards the left and touch your right elbow to your left knee. Then get back to the starting position. Similarly repeat for the right turning. <br />Well, the best way is diet and exercise. I&#8217;m 5&#8242;5&quot; and 120 pounds, I&#8217;ve got to keep fit for Breakdancing. Really, all I can say is.. Watch what you&#8217;re eating, and try to fit in some running and other daily exercises. Running for about 20 minutes 5 times a week isn&#8217;t all that bad. It works for me. Trust me, I was so lazy a year or so back. Once you get into it, and you see the pounds dropping, you&#8217;ll be all for it.</p>
