How do you lose weight when you have no support?
My family does not support me at all.. They just seem to want me to be miserable and not be happy. Also how do you lose weight in a very healthy way?

Do things for yourself and not because you’re trying to please someone. Who cares what they want? This is your life so do what is right for you.

You have to try to support yourself. My family don’t support me either. If they did they would have stopped me from eating crap a long time ago, and whenever i tell them i’m not going to eat junk food that they try to feed me, they give me this look and roll their eyes.
I won’t be fat anymore and no one will change that. You have to have this mindset.
If you like i’m sure there are online weight loss groups and gyms which will support you.
But in the end YOU need to support YOU.

Sometimes negativity is the best inspiration. Prove them wrong, support yourself and be happy for YOU. Tune out your family and seek support from friends, or join a gym or dance class and find support there. There’s also the internet, we support you
And to lose weight healthy means to change your eating habits and excercise.
Trick yourself into excercising, like swimming. Go to your local pool and have fun or like I mentioned, dancing! The two easiest things in my opinion to get yourself to do without feeling like it’s a chore.
As far as dieting goes, look in to vegetarianism. It has many benefits besides the animal rights aspect. Just check it out
