How much weight is it possible to lose? How to stay motivated?
I am trying to lose weight before July. I weight 165 pounds and I am 5 ft 9 in.
What is a reasonable amount of weight to try to lose? How much is possible with eating right and light exercise?
Also, my other problem is that as soon as I start eating healthier, I start getting cravings, and before I know it, I’m eating between meals again. I realllllllly want to lose weight and I’m very motivated but I can’t help myself! Anything I can do to really stay motivated?

Without supplements!
I find that drinking water helps a lot in shedding weight. It isn’t so much the water but the lack of sugar that’s in drinks that does it.
I also walk whenever I can. Walking is very good for losing weight, so is eating less,.. Try it.
As per eating between meals.. you can’t escape it as it seems to be the American way.
Believe or not, in most other cultures it is seen very bad to eat standing/without a plate etc.. if you think about it that’s a bit what animals do.
Try getting used to eat only when sitting down at the table, from a plate, using knife and a fork!
And when you do eat, have a starter, a main course, a salad, some dessert, a coffee and a sip of some liquor to totally end the meal.
You will then fill like you have had your daily meal and won’t seek for more, a bit like sleeping. You don’t take a nap every two hours, do you? Why should eating be any different.
Sure, I understand that I won’t be able to express a 2000 years old eating culture in this little box and anyway, I might get reported any moment for saying anything that’s not mainline American culture, lol. But I tried.. and "without supplements"! ha ha
