		<description>I find that drinking water helps a lot in shedding weight. It isn&#039;t so much the water but the lack of sugar that&#039;s in drinks that does it.
I also walk whenever I can. Walking is very good for losing weight, so is eating less,.. Try it.
As per eating between meals.. you can&#039;t escape it as it seems to be the American way.
Believe or not, in most other cultures it is seen very bad to eat standing/without a plate etc.. if you think about it that&#039;s a bit what animals do.
Try getting used to eat only when sitting down at the table,  from a plate, using knife and a fork!
 And when you do eat, have  a starter, a main course, a salad, some dessert, a coffee and a sip of some liquor to totally end the meal. 
You will then fill like you have had your daily meal and won&#039;t seek for more, a bit like sleeping.   You don&#039;t take a nap every two hours, do you? Why should eating be any different.

Sure, I understand that I won&#039;t be able to express a 2000 years old eating culture in this little box and anyway, I might get reported any moment for saying anything that&#039;s not mainline American culture, lol. But I tried.. and &quot;without supplements&quot;! ha ha
