how to lose weight fast?
so i work out somewhat but i put on weight really easily, i need to lose weight pretty quick but i dont want to lose the muscle or strength with it, i’ve gone pretty extreme before where i don’t eat properly n i don’t mind doing that, but as i say i don’t want to lose the muscle, i have protein etc, what’s the best thing to do?
i mean i could stop eating for a while n just rely on protein while working out..
its bad but i have gone to extreme
I wouldn’t call myself lazy just living arrangements mean i cant be completely able to have a stable routine, plus working alot i don’t have much time for cardio (atleast till i get a bike)
I have always struggled with my weight. I remember being the fat kid in elementary school, feeling depressed compared to my other girl friends. My parents are really athletic, and my sisters are super thin and athletic. I remember constantly hearing negative comments from them throughout my younger years.
Starting in high school, I began to experiment with different diet pills and programs – all of them just made me feel dizzy and got me nowhere. I tried every kind of extreme diet plan you can think of – the watercress diet, grapefruit diet, the Master Cleanse – they all just made me feel faint, depressed and deprived.
It wasn’t until I started using a weight loss program that I became satisfied with my weight and the manner I was going about losing weight and getting the body of my dreams. They helped me figure out a way of eating that really worked for me, and helped me lose 14 pounds in just a little over two weeks. My friends and family were amazed with the difference in my body in as little as a week. I felt confident, healthy and balanced, knowing that I was in control of my weight and body at last.
If you want to lose some weight, it is not necessary to take natural weight loss pills and supplements. The ugly side effect from taking weight loss pills may outweigh the benefit. The whole idea of a successful weight loss program is to approach it in a realistic manner without compromising your overall health.

It’s ironic because when you stop eating the first thing you lose is muscle and strength before fat.
Protein will not give you the energy to do the workouts. Honestly there is nothing wrong with just eating fruits and vegetables.

When you starve yourself and just rely on protein like that the body starts storing fat. The problem with people these days is that there not willing to put in the hard work and effort that it takes to lose weight. You need to exercise and have a good diet and keep this consistently going throughout your life. There is no easy way to lose weight, you need to put in the work, this message is for all the lazy people out there wondering why they never lose the pounds.

The best way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.
1. Choose whole grains.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Choose lean meats and fish.
4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.
5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.
6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.
7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.
8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.
9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.
10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup.
11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.
12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).
