What Is the Quickest Way to Lose Weight?
I want to know a way to lose weight fast, I don’t care if it hurts me or if it’s dangerous, I just need to know the quickest way to lose weight.

method 1
Do an alternate day fast it is called as australian fast one day eat whatever you like no harm but the next day dont eat anything survive on fruits, salads, coconut water…..
Method 2
everyday drink only limewater without sugar live on limewater if you are hungry limewater if you are thirsty limewater but i guess method 1 is more better!!!

eat fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. Move constantly as in if you are sitting move your leg. This is the quickest, safest, and most likely way that you will lose weight and maintain the loss. You dont wanna lose weight only to gain it back.

You don’t care if it hurts you or is dangerous? What’s wrong with you? By what qualifications you gave me, the quickest way would be to cut off your arms and legs. Anyways, I’ll give you a safe way to lose weight. You eat healthier and you work out 2-5 times a week, with cardio aiming for at least once a day. Try to incorporate as many fruits and vegetables as possible into your diet. Drink lots of water, cut back on empty calories such as soda. Don’t eat anything you’d find in a snack aisle, such as crackers (cheez-its), chips (doritos), or any kind of snack cookies (oreos). If you do eat any of those things, eat them in EXTREME moderation. Say, 10 crackers, 10 chips, or a single small snack cookie. It’s basically just common sense things here… The hardest part is the motivation to stick to it. It’s like good and evil, really. You know what’s right to do, you know what’s wrong to do. Do you always do the right thing? No. But you should strive to. It’s the same way in dieting. Are chips healthy? Obviously not. Is salad? Of course. Look for things low in calories and fat, and things high in protein. The percentage of calories that come from fat should NEVER exceed 50%, and you want to try to stay below 30%. Good luck

Well, unless you are a boxer (weight class restrictions), how fast you lose weight should matter.
You are under the impression that if you lose weight on the scale that you will look any different. I know you know that’s not true. You see these type of people all the time. They lose a lot of weight and they look no different. When you lose weight fast, you burn much much more muscles than body fat. And because body fat is what makes you look the way you are, and losing muscles don’t really change anything, losing weight fast will not change the way you look.
Still, you haven’t really said how fast you need it. If it is only a week, drinking only water and running for an hour will make you lose a scary amount of weight.
This is just in case you are a boxer
