    How can eat everything I want and still lose weight?
    I love food but I want to lose weight during summer. I want to lose at least 40 lbs. I don’t eat junk food, but I eat everything like rice, bread, fried potatoes, all meat kinds, vegs, etc…

    The reason why most people are overweight is because they eat too large portions. Try to eat small portions only three times a day (while still excerising regularly) and you will lose weight. This is because you are taking in less calories (from the food) while burning more calories ( from excerise).

    you can eat everything . it’s the amount of everything you have to be concerned with.
    i eat anything i want but it’s in small amounts and i count calories and stop when i reach my daily limit. i’m losing One lb. a week because otherwise i have to cut calories too much to lose more. i’ll take slow weight loss over eating next to nothing.

    uhm… don’t expect you to lose everything at that rate. and don’t be fooled, if you’re going to anything and not make some simple changes you’ll be in for a hard time.

    eating habits: lower the amount of sugary foods you eat and cut out a little bit of the starches.

    exercise: do some running [at least 2 miles each time you work out] because this will put your body in a way that it needs to lighten up to have endurance. also do jumping jacks and stuff.
