Quickest way to lose weight.?
I know you need to combine healthy eating and exersising, but can anybody think of a specific routine or share one that you use (week by week) I am comitted to this and will do it thought my life, its not just something where i get to where i want and stop. i want to continue to be healthy thoughout my life and need something that clicks with me. PLEAE HELP ME!
