what is a good way to lose weight fast??

Im a vegetarian but i dont seem to be losing weight.
does anyone know a good way lose atleast 10 pounds?
i dont want to use pills of any weird products. i just want a natural way to lose weight but everything i have tried like dietig and excersize hasn’t worked. any suggestions??

Rather than trying all of these weight loss programs and such, I just recommend cutting down on the amount of food you eat. Don’t eat tons between meals. And if you do get hungry in between, eat some fruit or yogurt and drink lots of water. Ice tea helps too. Also don’t eat any later than 6. This way you give your body time to work it off. Make sure you know the difference between wanting to eat, and really needing to.

About a month ago i started loosing weight dramatically even though i wasn’t attempting to. I was just busy. Not eating as much at lunch. Skipping supper or eating something smaller. Then after that i just wasn’t hungry that often. But because i’m already small and was really loosing the weight. (i dropped 20 pounds in a couple weeks). My boyfriend made me eat more.

Hi there, Have you tried a detox? I know that Beyonce lost 22lbs for a film role in just 2 weeks on the Lemon detox diet. A friend of mine lost 8 pounds in a week.
