What is a safe, fun, and quick way to lose weight?
I am a 15 and a half year old girl. I weight about 142 and believe it or not, I have not started my period yet, so that might be the cause of my weight, but I still want to lose weight now, so is there a fun, safe, and quick way for a girl my age to lose weight? I want to be around 110 or 115 at least. Also, it’s mainly around my stomach that I want to lose weight. Any way to lose weight will be appreciated! Thank you! ![]()
when you sit down to eat, look at your plate, the divide it by half and eat only half!!!! your cup too!!!! i promise you will not die!!! and you will defenitely lose weight, and you will be even hotter!

u could search this workout for stomach and core muslces and it will show the thing saying all about abs . com and it works some workouts r kinda difficult but get a friend it will be fun hope i helped

Well hula and belly dancing are really fun to do and burn alot of calories. And believe me you will be sore the next morning. Its more targeted to stomach, hips, butt and thighs. But to be honest targeting an area just tones it. Weightloss will be all around your body.
This is something you can do in the comfort of your own bedroom and even while taking a shower (if you share a room with a sibling)
Dont forget to listen to good upbeat music to keep you moving.
Also your movements dont have to be traditional. You can make your own.

Hi ,
You can not lose weight by taking some special drink. You have to work on it.
Do not waste your money and life by taking pills for losing weight. Read some books having real suggesstions on how to lose weight. It will not even cost you equal to one day pills you use to take for weight lose.
