What is an easy way for me to lose weight without losing the little butt that I have?

I’m trying to get fit for the summer and with me wearing a swimsuit I want to fill out my swimsuit. The bikini top will be filled but I’m sort of small in the back so I just don’t want it to be uneven. I need to find a way for my butt to be out without it’s partner in crime…the gutt

First of all losing weight isn’t easy… however with cardio and a certain amount of strength training you will be good. Make sure you do at least 2 exercises for the butt, 3 sets of 10 reps.. It’s very easy to lose whatever is left on the butt when you lose weight, but if you do strength training and keep progressing ur workouts, like putting more weight on and such, it will reduce the risk of the butt shrinking in..lol =)

    I’m not really sure of how you call these type of exercise but you start from laying in the floor like a baby position and you start to push your legs back and then push them to the inside that will help you loose weight but it also helps you to keep your back strong and it would make your legs look good..     Lots of walking, water and more fibre.
    I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting. I can recommend one to you and I will post a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom.

    Think of it like this… if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way.

    Do whatever you like to do for exercise and include squats to keep the butt you want. Squats are awesome for toning butt muscles without losing what your momma gave ya.
