What is the best way to lose weight while keeping strength?
ByI need a way to lose weight, but at the same time keep a little above average muscle mass. I’m 21 years old, and in school for Criminal Justice. Currently, I’m at 240 lbs. I’d like to drop below 200 by the end of this year, because its a necessary change I must make to go into my dream career of law enforcement.
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

….got to the gym…try jogging, walk as uch as you can to get everywhere you want. drink a lot of water. eat vegetable and fruit, cut all fastfood and junks (soda, chips, cookies, …).
be patient and be strong in your goal.

well…eat vitamin foods and mineral foods. they will help you thru trainings,excersise… eat 2cups of veges and 2 cups of fruits a day…of course dont over eat! then for meals…make sure not to eat food that is too oily…too sweet…nor too salty… its bad 4 your health…it will increase your weight even more…

well,best is eat apple whenever you felt like eating junk food…keep junk food away from your sight… (DONT even go and thing bout it!)…so all the best…^^ be a fit and healthy person!!!
