What is the fastest way to lose weight?
ByWhat is the fastest way to lose weight especially on the thighs and stomach?
How long is the fastest way?
Tell me if i am overweight or i need to watch my weight.
I am 5′ 2” and 121 lbs.
During camp, i gained 10 lbs, so i’m really disappointed.
Please let me know the easiest, fastest ways to lose weight.

ther is no fast way to lose wieght. IF you do lose it fast you will gain it back. tolose weight you must tech yourself to eat differently each and every day. YOu must come to lern things abotu your bo=dyand howit works. Right now you are mis reading sgnals your body fgives you. If you are young enough to go to camp you probqbly shoud not be trying tolose wei=ght but to lose fat ad gain muscle and strength. Are you a guy or a girl? how old are you becaeeu that matters. If you teach yur self how to eat right hand youhave not gone yet throughthe tradition a growth spirt teens go through you might be bale to change your eqating so that when you g othrough it you can use it to change yourself fomr a ftty to a regular physique.
What hapened at camp to make you gain ten pouinds and if it was ten poundsof muscle then hurrah.

Yes, you are chubby, but all you need to do is monitor what you eat and run a least a mile everyday and you wont have to worry about a diet. drink at least eight glasses of water put cut the unhealthy snack like cookies, little debbies, chips out of your diet and you’ll be okay.
