whats the best way to lose weight?

i quit smoking almost 3 months ago and ive gained about 10-15lbs. its almost summer and i want 2 get back in shape. i stay away from certain foods and i exercise. ive tired diet plans and pills but nothing works.

    first lets stop saying we want to lose weight, get rid of it. if you lose something you can find it again
    lots of people gain weight after smoking you just have to have a healthy diet and excersise the weight will fly off :)
