  2. rettina87 says:

    you’re doing …
    you’re doing misinformation!
    How can cardio slow your metabolism down? Is PALM OIL a good quality fat??? the only reason why those three mistakes make you fat is because there’s no way a person can keep starving himself, cutting too much calories, doing too much exercise for a long period of time. eating good stuff and exercise must be good habits, and good habits don’t come overnight.

    @Greenmarine6 What you said here does not make much sense at all. If you are physically fit cardio wise you have a much higher metab then if not.

    This guy knows his shit.

  13. Greenmarine6 says:

    Your body needs …
    Your body needs sleep to repair it’s self. If you work out with weights then metobolism is taking place in your body 24/7, asleep or not. If anyone says differant then they are giving you false data

  14. Greenmarine6 says:

    Cardio doesn’t work …
    Cardio doesn’t work that good for weight loss. Reason is, was not explained here. The real reason is because calories burn only while you do cardio. When you are off the tread mill or done running so is calorie burning. Although great for the heart and lungs it does little to loose weight. You MUST weight train to loose weight. One (1) set of squates is equal to a 100 yard dash in metabolic calorie burning. Also your muscles have to reapair so 3 days after you are still burning calories.

    @Kaeboost

    maybe …
    @Kaeboost

    maybe the question they were thinking is that they tell you to make sure you get enough sleep. Ppl who get adequate sleep do better.

    ok thanks

  22. Kaeboost says:

    Sleep definitely …
    Sleep definitely does not increase metabolism.

    Your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate, not to be confused with a BMI which is Body Mass Index) is the rate at which your body burns calories by doing pretty well nothing. When you sleep, your BMR is at its lowest point. When you workout, your BMR is naturally at its highest point.

  23. Gus589 says:

    dont diet
    dont diet

  24. Gus589 says:

    I though sleep …
    I though sleep increases the metabolism?

  25. Kaeboost says:

    Starvation Mode = …
    Starvation Mode = False Information

    A calorie is a calorie is a calorie. Your metabolism is based on heredity and your physical structure.

    IF what you say is true, then basically you could cut your calories until you no longer burn ANY calories because your metabolism is so slow.

    Working out increases metabolism. Sleep decreases it. Thats about it.
