    1) I feel great! I don’t know if I lost weight or not but I “feel” lighter! more energetic :) I’m doing great on water and slowly improving on my meals.

    2) Since Uni started I haven’t been doing well on eating healthy meals or eating at all. I’m trying to find out how can I make a healthy lunch by 6 AM, keep it in my bag for 5 hours when the temperature is 35 C (95 F) with out it going bad, any suggestions?

    Starting week 3!
    1) I am feeling awesome! I can tell all the water I’m drinking is really making an impact on my body. Mon-Fri I always remember-need to still work on weekends though as they are not very scheduled.
    2) I find that it’s on those “relaxed” weekends that I just forget my habit. Trying to evaluate whether I can live with that or not.
    3) I’m filling up my water ahead of time on the weekends to be sure I get enough.
